Planning / forecasting experience
Good understanding of Syspro and System Interfaces
Analysing history and financial forecast to determine stock
Control value of individual orders for sea and or air freight.
Determine maximum spend for each brand in order to maintain stock days.
Determine monthly inventory reorder by analysis of historical inventory information.
Stock reporting and management reports
Conduct forecasting meetings ensuring all information is received from sales and marketing.
Manage stock for product launches.
Manage stock during the product discontinuation process.
Interact with the Finance team to effectively manage cash flow relating to finished good stock purchasing.
Weekly replenishment of stock to warehouses
Collate information for Board report packs.
Report on and manage slow moving stock.
Place orders on contract packers, manufacturers and Principles
Maintain master information for Syspro as this affects the ordering process of stock cover.
Creation of purchase orders for each brand monthly and as and when needed during the month.
Manage contract manufacturer inbound service levels.
Monthly figures analysis and reporting to calculate stocks and days cover.
